About Us

RB Property was incorporated with the goal of helping as many investors and landlords buy and sell income producing investment property.

Alongside this, we offer a sourcing service for those investors who either lack time, knowledge or are looking to invest in an area they are not local to.

With vast experience within the Supported Housing sector, we also assist landlords to facilitate leases with Housing Associations, Registered Providers, CIC's and Charities.

Ryan

Hi! I am Ryan, I am the Director here at RB Property. I have been working within the property industry for over 5 years, having firstly starting out to build my own portfolio with Buy to Lets.

Fast forward 5 Years, I have since continued to grow my portfolio adding HMOs for additional cashflow. Alongside this, I am a property broker assisting both Investors and Landlords with the purchase and sale of performing assets. Over the last 12-18 months, I have brokered property deals with a combined valuation of over £8M.
